Our family is very grateful to have found Fuji Japan Care Home for our mother who was resistant to going to a care home. Our mother adjusted easily to the environment and the staff easily and without complaints. She loved the teishoku meals, the large screen TV with Japanese shows all day, and the living arrangement.
The staff was very caring, consistent in taking care of her, very respectful, patient, and could easily make accommodations to her needs. My mother was very thankful to be there every day and she would tell me that often when I visited. Whenever there was an issue, I was notified immediately and decisions would be made in her best interest. Chieko is a very well organized, thoughtful and proactive care home director who has a well trained staff who follows her lead. It's a strong team effort that cares for the clients with compassion and experience. I have shared my positive experience with others, and I highly recommend FJCH.
